About Us

In 2003 Phil, a plumber, established Tubs and Tiles Bathroom Renovations, following close to a decade building his experience with other building and renovation companies in Ireland and Australia.

 

In 2005, Phil moved into refurbishing of banks and other commercial properties. He formed Shercon for his commercial fit outs.

 

Shercon enabled Phil to develop skills in tender evaluation and costings, project management, quality control, subcontractor employment, stock procurement, Occupational Health and Safety (including training and risk management). As a result of further study and solid experience, Phil gained his Western Australian Builders’ registration in 2011.

 

With 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, domestic and commercial, Phil and his team can apply their experience and expertise to all building tasks.  Westside is fully insured, competent, and hard-working team and we have the skills to work on all job sites and renovation projects.
